Hi, I'm Nupur Khullar, a strategist, program leader, facilitator, event planner, wellness professional who believes that how we do the work matters just as much as what we accomplish.
My professional background spans more than a decade across philanthropy, management consulting, and government. I’ve managed multimillion-dollar grantmaking portfolios, led complex programs and transformation initiatives, built systems from the ground up, advised senior leaders, and designed convenings that bring people together around shared priorities.
I’m also a yoga teacher and Reiki Master Teacher, and that work has shaped how I think about organizations and leadership. Meaningful, sustainable work requires strong strategies and systems, but it also requires people who have the capacity, connection, and space to do their best work.
NK Collaborative brings all of those parts of me together: thoughtful strategy, strong execution, meaningful experiences, and care for the people behind the work.
